WINDMILL TOWER FABRICATION
Bergen Southwest Steel has been fabricating tubular steel towers for wind turbines since 1987. We have built over 1737 towers to date which represents 46,044 Tons of plate.

Bergen Southwest Steel, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bergen Industries, is located in El Paso, Texas. The primary product of this facility has been tubular towers for the wind energy industry. Other capabilities include large plate fabrication, and rolled structural shapes. Established in 1982, this plant has automated its 200,000 square feet under crane to compete in a world market. Crane capacities up to 100 tons, accessibility by rail, and the ability to manufacture all the components in house, has made Bergen a solid competitor in the industry.
